Meet some of the Institute’s participants.

I'm asked the right questions about our school, I'm pushed to refine my goals to a point where I haven't received that development anywhere else.

When we visit other schools, we get to see their focus and how they put it into practice.

Being a mentor school, we're able to work with the schools we are paired with and see their journey.

If you're not clear, then teachers can't be clear, and instruction can't be clear.

- Tabari Bomani, Principal

The Institute has definitely given me an opportunity to be a teacher leader.

I'm seeing more academic risks taken by the students. They're interacting more.

- Noreen Villanueva, Teacher
